General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms might be due to Tension Headache / Classic Migraine with radiating pain. Frequent episodes could be due to stress, refractive errors, triggers such as light, sound, drugs or sinusitis etc.

I advise you to:
1. To take Analgesics like Naproxen / paracetamol & Triptans
2. Neck massage
3. Relaxation & Stretching exercises & YOGA
4. Have caffeine drinks
5. Avoid exposure to light, noise etc.
6. Do an ENT & eye examination to rule out underlying pathology if any

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Yogapriya Vasudevan, General & Family Physician
