Hi, I did review your concern.
T wave in ECG repolarization of your heart muscle ventricles that follows relaxation of heart after each heart beat.

FLipping of T waves can be seen in electrolyte imbalance due to potassium, myocardial ischemia or some congenital channelopathies or heart muscle structure problems

Your age is very young for ischemia , however i would recommend you to get yourself evaluated by a cardiologist expert in arrhythmias known as electrophysiologist who can keep you under 24hr ECG holter monitoring and see and understand your heart condition and find out more about your T waves problem. Also a heart echocardiogram or a cardiac mri will help see structure of your heart.
