What Causes Flatulence When Suffering From Cyst In Liver?

i have cyst on my liver about 2 cm on diameter and i have cyst on my left ovary a simple cyst and holistic cyst on my right ovary . what treatment are the best for my cyst on my organs . i have always flatulence every time i put something in my mouth flatulence occur .please answer back

I really appreciate your concern, cyst is a kind of lesion that contains blood, liquid, pus or any thing in mixing in short nature of cyst is matter of concern, some cyst can be managed with medicine and some needs surgery, some needs nothing if the cyst are benign or inoperable, it is better to discuss this with the doctor hope this information helps.
