Hi, may I answer your health queries right My seven year old daughter has been sick on and off all winter she has had a high fever on and off with no symptoms. She has had a fever since Friday now coughing and congested says her tummy is crampy has diarrhea cold hands and feet

Fever with cough means he is having upper respiratory tract infection and depending on the level of fever, if it's very high like 39°c than its bacterial and if it's stay a little low than its viral. Fever with cough, abdominal pain and diarrhea leads to 2 diagnosis. First, acute tonsillitis, kids presents with fever cough and abdominal pain.
Second, it can be Gastroenteritis as diarrhea is also there. My advise is to see a pediatrician and start proper medication as more likely he needs to take antibiotic course. Wishing your kid a healthy life.
