What Causes Facial And Arms Rashes After Taking The Mini Pill?

I had the implanon out on the 19th November as I had very prolonged bleeding throughout the 11 months it was in, I was then presecibed the combined pill which resulted in me getting migraine again the dictor has now given me the mini pill and I have just come out in a rash over my face and arms could this be the mini pill or acombination of all I have had over the past week, should I keep taking it and hope it goes away or stop taking it?
