General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your prostate gland is enlarged and so it should be treated with medication.

After recovery from the prostate problem, your erectile dysfunction will mostly improve.

You can consult a urologist for your prostate problem.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
