What Causes Discomfort In Lower Abdomen And Back With Loss Of Appetite?

I am a 44 year old male had a lower right lobectomy sept 09 and 4 months

of chemo.Now going in for a biopsy on the left lung have had some growth

in the the last 6 months.I am having discomfort in my abdomine and lower back. Also not much of an appetite.Any ideas.

1.You have mentioned the metastasis to the next lung.
2.This will goes towards the intra abdominal metastasis ( adrenals / liver / lymph nodal masses / bone metastasis )
3.Help ful investigation in this stage is Contrast CT Chest and Abdomen pelvis will give you a detail picture. ( even though there is radiation - its necessary at this point)
4.Suggest you to get an appointment and get the needful investigations done.
