What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking Lupride Injection?

i have taken my 2nd shot of lupride injection on the 17th of may and my periods are 12 days delayed already...i was diagnosed with endometriosis and underwent laproscopy on April 20th...should i worry about the delayed periods..when should i check with the doc?
