What Causes Constant Urge To Eat Ice?

I am constantly eating ice chips. All day and evening. I have very low energy & trouble concentrating, which is worsening. I am a 55 year old post menopausal woman with fibromyalgia. I am an anemic, but iron supplements make my stomach hurt so bad I can t tolerate it. Any ideas?
