What Causes Constant Ear Pain With Headache?
I ve had a constant earache for several months and occasionally with a headache. My Dr thought it was sinus but I ve never been bothered with that before and I had no other symptoms. Anyway the nasal spray he gave me didn t work. Most of the time the pain is in the background but occasionally agony enough to take painkillers.

I have gone throgh your query regarding ear pain and headache for quite long time, though your doctor diagnose it as sinusitis and you are getting treatment in the form of nsal spray but not feeling any relief.
I would like to tell you that no doubt sinusitis with earache and headache is very common but there are other diseases of ear also who are producing chronic headache like-
1- Masked mastoiditis.
2- Chloesteatoma of ear.
3- Chronic mastoiditis.
4- Tumours of ear.
Beside this arthritis of temporomandibular joint (jaw joint) also some times giving referred pain in ear and also headache.
Therefore my suggesstion is to please consult your ENT doctor to rule out above conditions and treatment.
