What Causes Cold With Chest Pain And Low Blood Pressure?

Hi i am experiencing flu/cold like smptoms for the last 5 weeks , i feel tired and have chest pains and my body feel sore to touch. I also have a rotten smell coming from behind my nose. My health seems to be up and down. My blood pressure is low but my heart at times has a pulse of up 100 beats per min and then slows down. Have I virus?

Noted your history of cold and flu like symptoms for 5 weeks, feeling tired, chest pains, body feels sore to touch, rotten smell from behind the nose. Low blood pressure on and off.
All your symptoms are suggestive of some infective pathology, mostly in the sinuses and the nose giving all the symptoms you have.
I would advise you the following:
Clinical evaluation, ENT examination by endoscope, CT scan of the sinuses will help to get a proper diagnosis or rule out certain things.
Test of blood, urine will help further.
Proper diagnosis can help you to get a permanent relief, you may need surgery if needed.
