Hi,

Frequent episodes of cold and flu suggests allergy and reduced resistance as a cause. The bruises on arms, back and legs are due to severe allergy. For treatment an expert consultation of an allergy specialist physician along with needful investigations (CBC, allergy screening, X-ray etc.) to determine general health including extent of allergy in body. This would help in getting specific advise for relief and cure of your problems.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
