What Causes Cloudy Urine With Smell, Cramps In Abdomen, Vaginal Itchiness?
Hi I have an inch deep inside my vagina. Only in the early morning. My pee is cloudy with a smell. I've had cramps in my abdomen and noticed blood spots on my underwear. Also I've always had sickness in the morning from acid reflux but lately it's worsened. Could I be pregnant? Or is it an infection? I can't see a doctor till Monday
It sounds as though you have a urinary tract infection. Urinary tract infections can involve any aspect of the urinary tract which includes the bladder, urethra, ureter, kidneys.
It can present with discolouration of urine, passing urine frequently, discomfort on urination, change in odour, blood in the urine, fever, vomiting. Not all of these symptoms may occur.
Pregnancy would cause a delay in the periods but would not generally cause change in urine odour.
I hope this helps
