What Causes Chest Discomfort , Dry Skin , Hair Loss And Hypothyroid?
I have been suffering from chest pain (infrequent) for the last two weeks..My ECG is normal..When I am tested for Thyroid, TSH is 53 and diagnosed with hyphothyroid..Is my chest discomfort because of this? I also do have dry skin, hair loss, eye irritation.

The symptoms you reported are typical of hypothyroidism. The TSH level is too high and treatment should be started. Before starting treatment for hypothyroidism, a cardiac pathology should be excluded. If your treating physician does not recommend further examinations except of ECG, then you may start levothyroxine.
