What Causes Burning Sensation In Stomach, Nausea And Weight Loss?

Hi im 15 and last year i started having a burning feelin in my stomach but after a while it subsided so i never told my mom.but this year during these ast couple of months i feel nauseous all the time my eatin paterns have changed Ive lost 10 pounds i dont know if its because i was working out or not and recently i wake up in the middle of the night with bad stomach pain and i have mucus and black spots in my stool

You have problem of burning sensation and vomiting that may be because of peptic ulcer .

In peptic ulcer pain in abdomine and rhythmic disappear.Aggravated by taking food.
Sometime heartburn may occur.

Long time peptic ulcer may cause blood in stool.
Simple gastritis condition may cause burning sensation in stomach.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease may ruled out.
Intestinal infection may cause this type of symptoms.

Consent a gastroenterologist for proper diagnosis.

Abdominal ultrasound sonography is helpful for diagnose.
Endoscopy is helpful for further diagnosis.
