What Causes Bump On Labia Majora During Pregnancy?

I am 36 weeks pregnant and just noticed these purplish bumps on my labia majora. They don't hurt though when touched they feel a little more sensitive than if nothing were there. I am seeing my OB/GYN in several days but wanted to see if I could figure anything out before then.

Hi, i had gone through your query and understand your problem. I think you are developing varicosity over labia majora. That means prominent veins due to pelic congestion in pregnancy that it normal dont worry. and show your gynaecologist and let me know also.
