Everytime I go to the bathroom, it feels normal. No pressure or anything, simply like passing gas sometimes but all that comes out is alot of blood from my rectum. This has happened the last two times I went to the bathroom. I have no pain whatsoever, should I be concerned?
1.Hemorrhoids most commonly present like fresh blood in stools with or without pain.common in constipated over straining patients during defecation. 2. fissure may associated with cutting knife pain with blood steek along stool like a thread.
3.fistulas: associated with bleeding and occational discharge with pus seen in inflammatory bowel disease with infections.
i think you may be suffering form hemorrhoids. eat high fiber diet and regular exercise. avoid smoking and alcoholism. use syrp.cremaffine plus 30 ml at night if you suffering form constipation. if symptoms not improved please consult your surgeon he will examine the local area and treat you accordingly.
