What Causes Back Pain?

good noon doctor, im having back pain, the MRI result is RADIAL ANNULAR TEAR INVOLVING L5/S1 DISC LEADING TO POSTERIOR DISC BULDGE CAUSING INDENTATION OVER ANTERIOR THECAL SAC AND BILATERAL NEURAL FORMINAL NARROWING. NOWADAYS IM WEARING BELT FOR 12 hours now im having more pain i took 2weeks tablet and phyotherapy treatment also doctor.

Dear patient
U have got l5s1 disc prolapse with nerve root compression. Since you have taken medication and physiotherapy but with no relief I would advise epidural kenocort injection which helps to reduce swelling and inflammation around disc and hence reduce compression. Please visit pain specialist nearby you for that.
