What Causes Abnormal Bleeding With Abdominal Pain?

Hello I am a 27 yr old female who is 5 8 and roughly 16 stone I had an abnormal smear test last year that I had lletz treatment on I hade cin 3 I have had another abnormal smear test with cin 3 again in may, I had a colposcopy and my gyne couldn t find any abnormal arears but she believes my abnormal tissue is further up where she cannot she, she is arranging for me to have this procedure done under general anaesthetic. I have been bleeding irregularly for the last few months lots of abdominal pain, I have had an ultrasound and a transvaginal scan I have a bulky uterus a small left ovarian cyst and the gynaecologist who saw the report said the radiographer saw a solid lesion in my endocervix and that s what s causing my abnormal smear tests , I have had a c section and my appendix out but no other surgeries in my abdominal area. Very worried at what this could be

Read and understood your history and problems.

The cause of irregular bleeding for the last few months is obviously due to menorrhagia, most of the times due to hormonal imbalance or erratic responses to the hormonal changes, the uterus not getting proper responses .
Since the Radiographer saw a small lesion on endocervix, which may be causing abnormal smear tests.
Calposcopy has already been done.

I would advise you the following :
MRI of the pelvis as this can tell about the possibility of the cancer or so.
Hysterectomy can get rid of you problems ir
