I keep feeling fluttering feeling in between my collar bone in center of neck and low blood pressure which cause me to have anxiety attack what would cause this?? First let me start off by telling you a little about my past. I am 27 and was diagnosed with optic neuritus when i was 20 and have not had any vision out of that eye since. Its like looking in the dark. I was given iv and oral steroids then and had mri and spinal taps and was all clear. Have been farely good since then just suffer from anxiety and panic attacks. Recently I have had four busted blood vessels in my eyes which make whole side of eye red with blood. and one would barely be gone then i would get another. Now the past few weeks I have felt weird feeling in middle of chest between collar bones like my heart has jumped. I have dull achy pain from under left shoulder to underneath breast and sometimes up to under collar bone. I dont have insurance and dont have a job right now to afford seeing a dr. Please any advice would help. I am looking in to getting insurance thru jps but you know how long that process can take. Thanks in advance for any input.
