It can present with pain abdomen, backache, vaginal discharge, tiredness, etc. Pinkish vaginal discharge can be seen due to conditions like cervical erosion which can be a part of pelvic inflammatory disease, cervical polyp, irregular spotting mixed with vaginal discharge, etc. If the symptoms persist, better to get examined by clinical examination and investigations like pap smear, vaginal swab for culture and sensitivity, the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treatment can be taken accordingly.
