What Cause High Urine Protein And Creatinine?

A urine test indicated my proteins urine normalized was 4727 (Abn: h) Protein,urine random= 208 mg/DL. Creatinine,urine random 44 mg/dl A blood test showed protein, total, serum. 5.2 g/DL and albumin, serum at 3.5 g/dl I want to know what this means, is this number high, what may the cause? Who should I see.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
A high urine protein and high creatinine levels suggest renal dysfunction.
Normal random urine protein is 150 mg/dL in 24 hours, thus, value of 208 mg/dL of urine protein is very high..
Renal function tests should also be performed along with urinary levels of proteins and creatinine.
Serum levels of total proteins and albumin are within normal limits.
I suggest you to consult your physician for assessment of renal functions.
