Hi, my 11- year old daughter has supra pubic pains every now and then. There are 4-6 RBCs and nothing else in her both U/As.U/C was negative. Thickened wall bladder and a 12 cc residue were detected in the sonography. What is the next work up I should do next? Tnx
You need to have surgical opinion. Most likely, there is urine infection but you haven’t told about pus cell or bacteria. There can be other causes which need to be rule out stone, mass or kidney anatomy?
