What Are The Symptoms Of A Heart Attack?

41 year old female 5'2" 240lbs under extreme stress lately. I have had constant heart palps now for 4 weeks, everyday, all day. had a heart attack 6 years ago due to arrythmia's. Very active woman, and would like to know when should I worry about another heart attack?

hello,
Most probably you had an episode of arrhythmia rather than heart attack. However, chances of recurrence depends upon the type of arrhythmia, It can certainly recurs. Generally, one needs to be on drugs like Beta blockers in order to prevent recurrence. So I need to know the exact diagnosis of yours in order to guide you further.
Try to get relieved from stress by relaxation techniques like deep breathing, yoga and meditation etc.
