my cousin had previously diagnosed as Brucellosis, so treatment was given after a month high fever, joint pain was complained by Him, he was 8 years old diagnosti test was RH factor negative, CRP negative and ASO

Thank you for the question. Rheumatoid arthritis is confirmed with serum Anti-CCP test .Also ESR should be done alongwith complete blood count.Joint pains are frequent in brucelosis and other viral fevers and do not necessarily mean rheumatoid unless Anti-CCp test shows otherwise.I woud suggest Keep the child on Paracetamol (acetaminophen) 250 mg thrice a day, give plenty of liquids and get the tests done as suggested.

Rheumatoid arthritis may involve small joints and early morning stiffness in joints, does she have such complain?
Taking only painkiller will not solve the problem.
I can help you better if you post x ray reports to me.
Also you can take dose of methotrexate.
I will advise dose 7.5mg weekly.
