Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Taing this one for a longtime is not advisable. It may cause drowsyness, rash , stomach problems, nausea and vomiting.

So use tablet pantaprazole before breakfast for one week. Stop nyquil and see weather symptoms are improving or not.

If not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
