Duolin contains
levosalbutamol and ipratropium which is used to treat chronic
obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and
bronchial asthma. It helps in relaxing the muscles of the air passages and making it easier to breathe. It relieves cough, wheezing and the feeling of breathlessness. Side effects of Duolin are dryness in mouth, breathlessness, tremor, headache, palpitations, muscle cramp, nausea, vomiting, weakness, diarrhoea, dizziness, dyspepsia etc.
Budesal contains levosalbutamol and budesonide which is used to treat bronchial asthma and COPD. It helps in relaxing the muscles of the air passages and making it easier to breathe. Its side effects are hoarness of voice,
sore throat,
fungal infection of mouth, headache, muscle cramp, nosebleed, nausea, vomiting, bad taste in the mouth, voice changes, dry or irritated throat etc.
