What Are The Side Effects Of Zofran?

My 3 year old daughter fell last night from the bar and hit her head, she vomitted immediately, so we took her to the ER. they scanned her found no brain damaged but a fractured skull. They gave her some zofran for the nausea, but also told us that if any symptoms persist to bring her back. it has been 13 hours since it happen and about an hour ago she threw up about 3 times back to back and immediately got sleepy, by the time I could get her cleaned up and dresssed, she was feeling much better and back up playing and being herself. her drowsiness lasted about 25 minutes and she snapped back to normal. she is now watching cartoons, her pupils are normal and she seems fine. How long is the nausea normal or should I take her back?
