What Are The Red And Itchy Rashes All Over The Body?
A friend developed a red, itchy, rash on her neck. It has spread to all areas of her body. Her doctor said it was contact dermatitis, but can contact dermatitis keep spreading like that. Also it has been 2 months with no improvement. She is afraid to use cortisone creams. Could it possibly be fungal?

I really appreciate your concern for your friend, this is seems a urticarial rash, if I would be treating doctor then I would treat this case with the following drugs, this is not the fungal infection no need to worry about this will come around soon,
1) Tab Hydroxyzine 10 mg three times in day
2) Tab Levocetrizine 10 mg three times in day
