What Are The Possible Treatments For Flu?

Hi My 5 year old has had flu-like symptoms for almost five days now, two days ago he started having fever (up to 38.7 celsius) and is complaining of sore knees! He is also coughing! At first I thought it was a regular flu as myself, my husband and my other child have flu too but when he mentioned his knees I was really concerned!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is already five days gone so this may not be flu but chances of bacterial infection is very likely and this need to be ruled out now and for this better to get done the blood test and urine test and more important is not see the pediatrician, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
