It means you have cholelithiasis, meaning multiple calculi/stones inside the gall bladder, which could be due to chronic infection or due to some metabolic / haematologic disorders. Biliary ducts are not dilated means there is no obstruction to the passage of the bile from the liver to the duodenum. This is a normal condition. Dont worry about this. your only worry should be stones in the gall bladder, which may require surgery or you may try some medicines to dissolve them.Better you consult some gastroenterologist or gastrosurgeon.

It is not serious and common condition.
There is no obstruction to the normal flow of bile from gall bladder into the intestine.

The gall stones are not impacted, non-obstructive. So the bile ducts tree is not enlarged. The gall
bladder walls are thin as normal, ruling out infection (cholecystitis). It is good news.

Gall stones form by various causes including infections, stagnation, obstruction at the outflow ducts etc.
Please be guided by the opinion of a gastro-enterologist for treatment. Some stones would dissolve with medical measures. Some (especially obstructive ones) may need endoscopic removal (ERCP).
