hi.... can you tell me meaning of this Report is as follows, size 110x71x48mm,midline anteverted in position and enlarged in size myometrial echotexture is homogeneous. Endometrialcavity contains a sac of 40mm dia without foetal pole inside. Both the oses are closed and cervical canal is normal condition.

Endometrialcavity contains a sac of 40mm dia without foetal pole inside
the gestational sac is formed first and than fetal pole is visible
if fetal pole is not there than this type of gestational sac is called blighted ovum
the unfertilized ovum implanting and growing in uterine cavity without fetus.
