is there any harmful effect on baby of gestrenol?????? i m 18 weeks now..i had threatened abortion on 13th weeks....i also have multiple fibroids probably 3 in no..in fundus, post myometrium........at firrst bleeding continued for 3 days...wwhich was bright red clr.had bad cramp at night..did usg dat showd dat my int os was open ......doc said i had pretrm labour........i was hospitalizd for 7 days............my doc gave me prolutn depot twice weekly n tb duphaston.aftr going home iagain i noticd brown discharge which cont more then 2 weeks........i did usg last 24th sept......bb i fine alhamdulillah....discharge stoppd on 6th sept.....then doc told me to stop inj n duphaston bid....... now prescribed gestrenol for 1 month..now wana know ur suggestion pls..................thanks.
