Ultrasound Scan Of Breast Shows Small Fluid Collection In Pouch Of Douglas. Is Bromocriptine Appropriate Medication?

i examine my beast and see some breast milk coming out of it i see a doctor n he prescribe bromocriptine tablet 4 me. i went for ultrasound scan n the result is POD has a small fluid collection 6mm x10mm .please wich drug can i use? and the endomentrium is 10mm

For the discharge in your breast do get your serum prolactin levels checked ....r u taking some other medicines because some medicine cause discharge from breast as a side effect. ....for increased prolactin levels bromocriptine is given but first line drug is cabergolin twice weekly for one month...then see the results and further treatment is given according to that...do get a sonomammography done.....and for fluid in pod....it indicates mild infection in uterus ...so tske short course of antibiotics and anti inflammatory snd that would be enough
