Hello
welcome to health care magic
Thanks for your query
Fibroids are benign(non-cancerous) tumors of uterine muscle..
These are 3 types
1.intramural =with in the muscle
2.submucosal=near the lumen
3.subserosal=on the coating of uterus

Submucosal fibroids cause many problems like increased blood loss which may lead to anemia..they also hinder in embryo implantation and their further development

Intramural fibroids distort the uterine cavity,,so that fertilized ovum can't be impalnted properly..

Treatment for this consists of either medical management like hormones to resolve the tumor....or surgical treatment consists of myomectomy in which that tumor part alone is excised so that you can plan for next pregnancy..
In the query you have about 6 cm one and 3 cm another fibroid which shows calcification

Consult Gynecologist and have your treatment
Hope you got answer
Thank you
