I am afraid I am in menopause but I am only 39. What do we do to get pregnant
Irregularity in periods can occur due to many causes. You once consult gynecologist, get examined and go for ultrasound. Then with her advice you can go for investigations like hemoglobin levels, blood sugar, thyroid profile, prolactin levels. With this workup the possible causes for your problem can be identified and treated. Hormonal levels will also help in identifying the perimenopausal phase. Then after regularization of the cycles, you can track the ovulation and plan intercourse around that period.
