Hi welcome to Health care magic forum.
Thanks for calling H.C.M.Forum.
You are having itchy skin, raised bumps, pimples, rash under arms, pimples on coller bone. You have used prednisolone, antihistamines, and permethrine cream, but in vain. You have allergy that is right, but there is associated super infection .
When ever there is infection you are expected to use antibiotics along with medicines for controlling allergy. So i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. If you have any doubts you can approach H.C.M.
Wishing for a quick recovery .
Best regards.
