Treatment For Back Pain In Pregnancy With Anterior Low Lying Placenta

good afternoon, i was wondering on how to ease low back pain and on my 16th week pregnancy with anterior low lying placenta grade 2 with 1.4 distance to os. Does having my feet elevated while lying down effective or it will just worsened my condition. thank you

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion anterior low lying placenta does not affect back pain.The pain might be muscular origin .I suggest you to avoid physical strain and intercourse.Take good rest.If severe, take paracetamol tablet for pain.Foot end elevation might not be that effective.
