Throbbing Pain In Lower Throat When Bent Forward And Taking Deep Breathe, Slight Fever. History Of Visiting Swimming Pool. Any Connection?

Hi there
I have had now for the past two days a throbbing pain in my lower throat when I lean forwards. Also when I take deep breaths in it hurts as though I have smoked a hundred cigarettes in one go. I visited an indoor swimming pool two days ago could it be the damp air that has affected me> I feel very slightly feverish too

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the information , you had hundreds of cigarettes in a day and had prolonged visit to indoor swimming pool, and now you are having throbbing pain in throat.

It seems like you are having an undergoing infection, soar throat. You will need to visit near by physician and have it checked.
You will need antibiotic to get it fixed more over they will need swab throat test to confirm the presence of type of bacteria responsible for pain, before giving a prescription. The test will give instant result so you can have prescription that very visit.

Hope it helps.
Thanks.
