Nausea, Headache, Slight Fever. Suggestions?

I am a 29 year old female. Two days ago I felt nauseous out of nowhere and threw up. I felt better afterwards. Today i have had a headache, I felt nauseous again and threw up again. Afterwards I felt better again. Now about 4 hours later I am nauseous with the headache again. I have not eaten anything out of the ordinary this week. I do not usually suffer from heartburn. I think I may have a slight fever but not sure because I have no thermometer here. Any suggestions?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
It could be some sort of infection, the possibility of Viral infection is most likely, and if you are from the tropical region where the Malaria is endemic or likely then this could be a reason, now only strategy is just wait and watch, take a symptomatic treatment, if needed if the symptoms does not resolved in four to five days then you need to be examined, take care have good day.
