Tell me the permanent solution of headache and loose motion

Hi, If there is headache frequently on one side or both side then what must be the reason to my brother...His age is 25...This problem is usually after coming from office... I also have a motion problem...Sometimes I have constipation and sometimes loose motion ...Usually after food i need to go Bathroom.... My mouth stinks when I dont eat anything for sometime....Please suggest reason and whats the permanent solution..

The most common cause for evening headaches is stress and it is also called tension headaches. You brother needs to change life style. Regular exercise in morning or practicing yoga and meditation will reduce stress and thus headaches. Practice stress reducing techniques.

Urge to empty bowels after eating is a natural response. But alternating constipation and diarrhea needs work up. Get Barium enema studies to find anything abnormal in colon.
