Teenager with chest pain. Sweating and difficulty in breathing. Is it due to gastric?

i am 20 years old and for the past 3 days i have been having these weird episodes of chest pain , so bad to the point where i can t stand up and i get really short of breath and start to sweat. as soon as i lay down and just relax for a couple of minutes, they go away, but it keeps coming back. even in between the attacks, i feel kind of weird, and i don t have an appetite . i can t figure out if it s just really bad heatburn and maybe a stomach virus, or something more serious...

dear friend,
welcome to HCM.
chest pain, sweating and breathlessness at your age needs evaluation.
a physical exam, Xray chest, ECG, blood tests.

there could beserious implications if it is pulmonary embolism etc.

was there any prior illness?
how long does each episode last?
where is the pain ?
right or left?
is there any dizziness?

your current description is inadequate to tell anything for sure.
pl. revert with detailed description of each symptom.
pl. consult your physician soon and get evaluated.
take care. good luck !
