OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Above said clinical features may be seen in early weeks of pregnancy or some other reasons like hormonal imbalance, pelvic pathology (like polyp), vaginal infection etc.

Here, you need to undergo one home pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. Blood test for beta-hCG and TVS scan give you additional information about conception or pelvic pathology. After that, you consult with your gynecologist for complete evaluation. Also, it is not your age to carry a baby.

Maintain genital hygiene properly. Good luck.

Hi,
Thank you for posting your question here, I will try to answer it to the best of my abilities.

Your symptoms could very easily be caused due to PMS, but lets be thorough. So I recommend you either take a home pregnancy test or go to a doctor and ask him to test your blood to see if you are pregnant.
The thing you also need to know is that, it could very well be that your period is running late this month, this can be due to the anxiety and stress you are feeling.

I hope this answered your question.

hello,
thanks for using health care magic,
well from your history it seems you had unprotected sex on your very fertile day..in early pregnancy there can be little spotting which occurs near your period time so you might get it confused with your normal period. your other symptom like mood swing breast tenderness etc also suggesting pregnancy ..
take urinary pregnancy test but in initial period it can be false negative,
consult gynecologist and take confirmatory test like beta hcg level or USG of abdomen and pelvis..
if your pregnancy gets confirm and you want to continue thats ok .if you dont want to keep baby you can go for abortion. since you are in early stage no abortion can be done by pills..
for future ,use birth control method like condom or you can take oral contraceptive pill..
hope this helped you..
take care..
