In the past 2 1/2 yrs i have beeb without medical benifits, my former Doctor had prescribed me Sertraline HCL 25mg once a day, they were not helping so he raised the dose to 50mg HCL. I find that they are not helping at all? I can seem to shut down my thoughts during sleeping time, lately my anxiety is getting more intense, especially during commuting time(Traveling to work, worse when very crowded, i get nervous when the trains are super packed, which is unavoidable living in NYC, cant be in crowed places like, take my son to stadium activities, circus, parades ect...) Im a nervous reck, cant be on any kind of confrontations or verbal arguments because i start shaking and there is nothing that calms me down. The next day is very painful when i wakeup if i do get to sleep and my muscles feel tense have to wailt at least 15 to 20 minutes for me to be able to get of the bed and continue my daily rutines, if it was up to me i would not leave my house,I wash the News and Read the News Paper it stresses me out, but i have to work and pay bills like everyone else. In the past also tried Paxil, not useful, Tramadol HCL 50mg for joint pain, back, when stressed out my neck and back get stiff, Im thinking of going to a walk In Mental Health Clinic which i found out about from a relative. Its extremelly important to me i have a son in College and a 7 yr old that need me they are my reason im still surviving thru all of these. Some times i feel like im going to go nuts....The Pills that i use to take 8 yrs ago before i moved back to the States my former doctors here did not want to give them to me because the found that other people where abusing them or selling them and those where the only ones that really helped me with my conditions, Ive also tried natural herbs and different things that our elders used but nothing.
