Taken Ipill After Unprotected Sex. Breast Tenderness, Spotting. Taken Primolut. Negative Pregnancy Test. No Periods
Sir I had unprotected sex thn in 24 hrs I took ipill to avoid pregnancy. Then on my little before to regular period time I got breast tenderness then got spotted bleeding in morning of 1st and 2 nd day. Thean I took primolut n to 2 capsule for 5 days for ths dysfunction. But till now I havent gt periods but my breast are yet tendered. I also did pregnancy test which was negative while I was taking primolut n. Pls tell me am I pragnant

The ipill if taken within 24 hoursnof sexual contact is 95% effective in preventing pregnancy.
Based on the informarion provided you have taken both the ipill as well as primolut N; and contraceptives can easily cause menstrual irregularities, so you could simply be experiencing a delayed period due to the contraception, which can also tamper with hormonsl levels and cause the breast tenderness.
I would recommend a home pregnancy test to be repeated, but this time with an early morning urine sample, and if it returns negative, then a blood check to get information on the hormone levels would be beneficial.
