Swollen Tonsils, Throat Pain, Awful Taste In Mouth, Hot Flushes, Night Sweats, Taken Z-pack, Steroids
I have had swollen tonsils for a month that nearly block the back of my throat . You can barley see anything else. Also there are red lines going through both. My throat hurts often, I have an awful taste im my mouth and even with a z pack and steroids nothing has helped. What do you think it could be. Also I have had hot flashes and night sweats

You have Tonsillitis that has not been treated fully.A7-10 day course of antibiotic like Monocef-O200 twice daily with anti-inflammatory like Zerodol,ie,aceclofenac twice daily for 3 days,is indicated.If the tonsils stil are huge,they have to be removed surgically after a waiting period of 6weeks at least.
