Swollen Lymph Node Under Earlobe And Its Treatment

Under my earlobe on the crease there is a crusty patch that is sensitive and a swollen lymph node . It only hurts if touched. No fever and a stuffy nose.

You didn't mention in the query about your age and sex whether you are male or female..
The swelling under ear lobule might be a parotid gland swelling..it swells either because of tumor or in taking of alcohol..or may be due to infection...
Go for FNAC (fine needle aspiration cytology) of the swelling and consult surgeon for more suggestions and treatment.
