Hello user,
I think there is superficial skin infection on the region of your thumb and hands, which requires a week treatment with antibiotics and antiinflammatory drugs.

You are also advised to do a routine blood profile to check the WBC levels which increases in superficial skin infections.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Regards,
