Hi,I am Dr. Alexander H. Sheppe (Psychiatrist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, I am 28 years old and 4 years of married life. We as a couple want to have a baby, but unfortunately my semen analysis says that I have Sperm agglutination 3+ and there is no forward movement of them. Also note that normal morphology is just about 10%. What could be the treatment?
Sperm agglutination is nothing but clumping of sperms and generally seen with associated infection. It can also seem with anti-sperm antibodies. According to your description there, it seems like a transient response, and it will settle by itself. You can consult an infertility specialist and plan for techniques like IVF.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Shinas Hussain
