Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As you are diagnosed with Bilateral Maxillary Sinusitis, it means that there is inflammation in the sinus lining of both the sinuses which can be due to infection and there may or may not be polyp formation in the sinus lining..

The first thing that you should do is to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated clinically as well as evaluation of your investigation reports..
If there is no polyp formation in the sinuses the physician will start medical treatment like antibiotics, anti-inflammatory painkillers, steroid nasal sprays, decongestant nasal drops, saline irrigations and steam inhalations..

Many patients gets relieved with medical treatment but in case if there is no relief or there is polyp formation in sinuses surgical removal of polyps can be done or surgical draining of the sinuses is done to relieve the symptoms..

So consulting an Otolaryngologist is the first step that you should take and he can advise you what should be done after seeing your reports..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
